Description: Come Taste the Band is the tenth studio album by British hard rock band Deep Purple, released in October 1975. It is the band's only album with guitarist Tommy Bolin, who had replaced Ritchie Blackmore, who parted ways with the band at the end of 1975. They would end up dissolving in July 1976 and at the end of that same year Bolin died of a heroin overdose.The album reached 19th place in the UK and 43rd in the US. After touring this album the band decided to separate in July 1976 and only managed to reunify in April 1984.Like Stormbringer, Come Taste the Band was out of stock for over twenty years in the US, it is now available in a special collector's "35TH Anniversary" Edition.
