Our technicians have thoroughly tested this unit and found it to be in good working order. In addition, the techs installed new pickup and feed rollers to ensure trouble free printing. After testing this unit will be wiped down, poly bagged, foam packed in a heavy corrugated carton. It will ship with a power cord. We do not have the owner’s manual nor the drivers on CD. Drivers can be downloaded from the Dell website. We have our own printer technicians on staff to assist you before and after the sale! We are celebrating our 32nd year in the printer industry!
