Deluxe, Limited Edition, #384 of 600 copies made. Published in 2010 by Easton Press in Norwalk, CT. Comes with an Easton Press COA. Features dark blue leather bindings, gold foil lettering and decoration, banded spines, gilt pages, and white and gold satin placeholder ribbons. Bindings are sound and pages are unmarked, with the exception of previous owner's bookplate affixed to the 1st pastedown endpapers of both volumes.
