Purpose: • Prevent teeth-grinding during sleep (Bruxism) • Can also be used as a teeth-whitening treatment tray • Use as an anti-snoring aid • Use to reduce biting of the tongue and inner cheeks during sleep Usage: • Put Dental Guard in hot water (176°F - 185°F) to soften the material to make it moldable. • Soak for 10-15 seconds (never longer than 20 seconds). • Carefully remove Dental Guard from hot water using a spoon and place on a paper towel for ~5 seconds. Remove trapped hot water by patting and shaking dry. • Carefully place the hot Mouth Guard on your teeth, close your mouth and hold your tongue against the Mouth Guard for ~10 seconds. Use good judgement, do not allow the hot Dental Guard to burn your mouth! • Use the custom-molded Mouth Guard during sleep to prevent teeth grinding. • When not in use, clean/rinse the Mouth Guard and store it in the included storage case to keep dust away. • You may trim the Mouth Guard to better fit your teeth and mouth as needed.
