Derma Safe brand SERE Folding Razor with a red colored handle HR207-RED

Description: For sale here are new, unused Derma-Safe brand SERE Razor blades with a red colored handle (SKU: HR207-RED). These blades were purchased directly from Derma-Safe, LLC. (See packing slip in picture one). This folding utility blade has been manufactured to military specification #MIL-R-365408 and assembled in New Jersey, USA. It has a three bevel, hollow ground, shaving quality stainless steel razor blade with a medium impact plastic handle (From the Derma-Safe website). The blade is held in place by a plated steel rib. It is a light to medium duty cutting tool weighing 0.27oz (about 8gms). The blade length is 2". The total handle length (one end to other) is 2 6/8" and, when the blade arm is fully opened, the handle length, available at one of edges is 2 3/8". The pivot is quite strong to hold the blade in place when fully opened. Please see pictures above. This is currently used by The United States Military (for their SERE kit. SERE stands for Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape), Survival Kit Manufactures, Electricians, Painters/ Detailers, Sewing Industry, and many more.
