This is an aftermarket bit locator for the DeWalt DW751 and Black & Decker 4300 drill bit sharpeners. These sharpeners are awesome. I have no idea why they discontinued them. They are worth every penny. Simple to use, dependable, and they do a great job. The bit locators have been discontinued and are hard to find. We have one of the Black & Decker units in our tool room that has been in continuous use for probably 20 years and it still sharpens bits perfectly. From time to time they let an inexperienced person use it and they might end up grinding away or bending the locator. So occasionally it needs to be replaced. If you need one now, you might think about buying a couple to keep as spares. Item is made from 302 stainless steel.
