Dickie Goodman: Mr. Jaws b/w Irv's Theme 1975 Cash Records Sterling PRC Press G+

Description: For sale is a 33 1/3 RPM vinyl single from Dickie Goodman titled "Mr. Jaws b/w Irv's Theme", originally released in 1975 by Cash Records. I bought this record used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is etched "Sterling", followed by "PRC", indicating that this record was mastered at Sterling Sound of New York City, N.Y. before this record was made at PRC Recording Company's pressing plant, located in Richmond, Indiana. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound quality. The archival inner sleeve is graded as Near Mint. The vinyl is visually graded as Very Good because of sleeve marks and hairlines, none of wehich can be felt with a fingertip. I'm play grading this record as Good Plus because of surface noise and occasional pops on Side Two. It plays all the way through without any skips or lock-ups from start to finish. You would be hard pressed to find a copy of this record in any condition, especially a Sterling pressing. This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection.
