A friend introduced me to a fantastic board game, but the hexagon tiles tend to move around a little while playing., We discussed using magnetic material to hold them in place while playing. He bought a roll of magnetic material and cut out the hexagon shapes. It took between 4 and 5 hours to cut out the magnets. His finished product is shown in the last two photos. On game night he can set up the game and transport it in his car with no movement of the pieces. It makes the game so much faster to set up. You can also leave it set up if you have a favorite game scenario. With my 4 decades of printing experience, I knew it would be a lot faster to die cut the shapes. My product is close to the same price as what you would pay for the magnetic material and I've done all of the cutting for you. The width of the magnet is 3" wide, which is slightly smaller than the Settlers pieces so you have a little wiggle room when you apply the magnets. See the photos I've provided.
