The manufacturer was a California based company that desgined this amplifier.Unit may have some scratches at the bottom and/top of case. Unit may have some discoloration on plastic due to normal usage/aging. Unit may have markings such as lettering or numbers.They do not effect the units performance. The unit was tested, and it is being sold AS IS. We will take great care to protect it from further damage during the shipping process. We will also wipe it down and clean it a bit with IPA 99% before packing. Package contents include the Amplifier and a Copy of the Owner's Manual downloaded from the internet.
