All returned items must be received at our processing facility within 7 working days from the date your return is approved and/or authorized. -A 15% restocking fee applies to all products returned for "buyer’s remorse" in which case shipping costs are non-refundable. -Buyer Pays for all RETURN shipping costs, unless the buyer receives the wrong item. Then TOY SLAYER will pay the return shipping. -Products that are under warranty must be returned to the Manufacturer's Warranty Center. -TOY SLAYER is not responsible for any item that is broken after the buyer opens the package. That is a manufacture issue and they buyer must contact the manufacture first. -TOY SLAYER is not responsible any items due to shipping and post office "rough" handling. We inspect all items here before mailing out. Insurance is offered at the buyers cost. -All merchandise must be returned in unused, sell-able condition with all original packaging materials included in order to receive credit. TOY SLAYER inspects all returned items and reserves the right to award only a partial refund for opened or used merchandise.
