Description: An unusual option for the classic Remington 760 Gamemaster pump and the Remington 742 Woodsmaster big game rifles. This is a Redfield Dualite alloy base which was the short compact version compared with the regular steel JR base (shown side by side with one of those for comparison only). This base uses the same turn-in dovetail front rings as the JR also. The short version is also ideal, with drilling and tapping to be fitted to the Remington 572, 552, 1100, 870 and 550 so on.
