Good luck in finding an original Duesenberg plate! If you find one, check with me about a purchase. This is a reproduction of a Duesenberg Car ID Serial Number Motor Number Plate Tag in solid brass. The details are etched into the brass. The standard plate is about 0.03 inches thick while the thick brass version is about 0.06 inches. When I make them in the thick brass I also etch them more deeply. If you want one of those, buy two of the listed version and let me know. I can make them a a size to suite your needs. There will be an up charge for plates longer than 4 inches. I can apply data by the deep etching technique for $15. Much better than stamping, engraving or embossing. If you want your data applied, you must tell me at the time of purchase or it may be shipped before I know to add that data.
