Description: Appears to be an early Madison Mitchell Bluebill decoy that was partially painted to be a mallard. The head and breast were repainted. Wing patches were added. The wing feathering on the back and rest of the bird were left alone and are original Madison Mitchell paint. Rigging was removed, a weight added later.
