Description: ECB 3D Printing has created modular chassis for the Tonka Winnebago. This listing is for our Universal With Servo Mount Leaf Spring Modular Chassis. We do have other listings for other modular chassis, this is only for the Universal With Servo Mount Modular Chassis. We created two styles of modular chassis that can be used alone, as a pair or one of each. This modular chassis has a servo mount for axles that do not have an on-axle mount. You can use one chassis in the front for steering or use two to have front and rear steering. The second style of modular chassis does not have a servo mount and can be used for the rear or for axles that do have an on-axle mount (not included). Because of popular request we have designed a chassis that uses the cheap "120mm" leaf springs. These springs can come in random lengths and spring rates so our universal chassis have been designed with adjustability. We have extra holes for different length springs. We also designed the center cross bar to be central to the wheel wells. This way you can mount your axle and have a reference point for where central should be before mounting the chassis to the Winnebago. The rest of the adjustment can be done because the mounting holes are slotted. In extreme cases you may have to slot the metal Winnebago holes (this shouldn't have to happen during normal assembly). The width of the frame rails is 79mm (centrally). This will accommodate 78mm to 80mm axle mount widths. For our assembly we used a pair of 12mm shackle. Some spring kits come with 24mm shackles. Universal Modular Chassis are sold individually. All parts come in black and you can easily paint them to match your RV. Springs, servo and metal parts are not included.
