Description: The item was used for a few weeks temporarily until we got the thermostat that we wanted to install. Nothing is wrong with this thermostat, we just preferred a different one. Only the rectangular thermostat was used, everything else in the box has not been used. The protective film is still on the thermostat's screen. There are no major signs of wear but may be some minor signs of wear. I do not know if it is still connected to my account or not. The unit probably needs to be reset, but I am not sure.
