New Damaged Box Condition This indicates the unit is new, never installed or used, it will have the manufacturers warranty on it. Open Box Condition This indicates the unt was returned as open to us, it may have small blemishes etc, nothing really visible at arms length. The unit was tested and turned on and seems to function as intended. No failures were observed. If available we installed new firmware during the test. You can expect the manufacturer to warranty the item and they will also provide support. Parts Only Condition This indicates the unit has damage, does not function or is missing parts. What’s in the image is what you will receive.
