There is a faint letter 'K' written under the 'Y' in Johnny. Gift inscribed in pencil on half title page, 1939, otherwise the pages are clean and unmarked, except for a few light smudges. No tears. Front gutter is just starting to separate a bit. All the illustrations are in color. Originally published by Volland in 1921; M.A. Donohue published the book between 1934 and 1937.
