Despite what ONE PARTICULAR CUSTOMER (out of 1600+) seems to think, I have never had an item damaged due to insufficient packing (check my feedback). That said, after it leaves my hands, it’s ... well, it’s out of my hands. For items that require them, batteries are not included ... all it does is jump the shipping costs. *What You Should NOT Expect from my Packaging* Pretty. Don’t expect pretty. I am a fanatic recycler. *About FREE SHIPPING* No such thing: SOMEbody's gotta pay for it. I could jack the price of my stuff to make it LOOK like you're getting it shipped for free but I prefer to keep my prices lower and keep shipping as close to actual as I can get. *About the Merchandise:* I am not a professional product-grader and don’t claim to be, but I work very hard at honestly representing anything I list. On the other hand, I don’t always know what I am talking about (just ask my ex-wife). For that reason, my merchandise is sold "AS IS". I mean, if something is wrong with the product, sure, I'll work with you ... but a lot of what I sell is media: books, CDs, DVDs and so forth. There are people out there--not YOU ...
