Description: Vintage 1964 pastel on board by listed artist Edward V. Warner 1909- 1988. Mr. Warner was a real estate broker from Chicago, Illinois.He was a member of the duneland historical society and traveled internationally. The art features the original wood frame under glass. It has a double board backing. Mr Warner has written on back "One of the first things I did after I started to draw again." Signed and dated on back September 1964. Framed: 16.5" X 13.5". Matted: 11.5 x 9". The tag on back reads Newcomb- Macklin Co. Picture frame makers 4oo -408 North Street Chicago. This art is in very good condition under glass. There is some light water staining on the outer layer that does not affect the art. Please note all photos for a complete description.
