Description: EDWARDIAN VELVET LADIES WIDE BRIMMED HAT, c1906A circa 1906 hat from the Edwardian period. A brown velvet wide brimmed feathered velvet hat with large gathered flat top crown, with a brown grosgrain ribbon band with brown feather plumes that adorn the whole brim.Brim has wire inserted for stability. Black cotton forms the lining. This hat would make a lovely addition to a collection of antique hats CONDITIONVery good condition.
