Description: This is an Elgin mans wristwatch that was made in 1928. It features a gold filled case that is in excellent condition. There is a little wear on the ends of the lugs but overall it is a nice case.The case is signed Elgin and has a model number.15 jewel movement has excellent balance motion and keeps time to within a minute a day.It has not been serviced but I did oil the mainspring and all the pivots.The watch sets and winds properly.Excellent original dial with fancy hands. I replaced the radium with new luminous.New [NOS] glass crystal. Excellent crown.27mm wide and 33mm long. Takes a 16mm band. This is a fabulous good looking watch.It will be shipped in a box.
