Every time you are starting the car your engine need to reach operating temperature no matter if you have petrol or diesel engine. During the warm up period fuel consumption is increased while cabin heating performance is low or none which is especially discomfortable during winter time or just during any cold day. Heater will work completely automatically after the installation and will use heating element to speed up warming of engine coolant. Auxiliary engine Coolant heater is assembled using only components with automotive quality - heating elements are supplied by Febi Bilstein which is one of the leading manufacturers for automotive industry parts. Body of the heater is CNC made from high quality steel either with electronics attached directly or installed remotely and connected by additional harness for installation in tight spots. Cycle Life: LTO batteries are advertised with the capability to have over 40,000 cycles at a 1C rate of charge and 1C rate of discharge.
