Description: English Coalport or Rockingham Hand Painted Green Cups & Saucers c. 1840-1850 Multicolor Florals and Gilt Offering a fine pair of antique English Coalport or Rockingham hand painted cups and saucers. Vibrant and colorful bright green with hand painted multicolor florals, gilt leaves and lavish gilding on the molded edge and throughout the pattern. The pair is unmarked, but they are fine English quality. Attribution is a guess, but they could be Coalport, Daniel, or another early English porcelain makers. The saucers measure 5.75-inch diameter. Cup is 2 1/8-inch height. Width of cup is 4 1/8 inch across. No chips or cracks. Loss to gold and enamels in a few areas. One of the cups does not have the gold band on the foot. Overall, they display well. See photos. Click Here to View All Pottery, Porcelain and Glass We Have Available In Our Store Sugar Hollow Antiques Please take a look at many new items added daily.
