How Enovid Sanotize Nasal Spray Works SanNOtize's nasal spray creates a physical barrier in the nasal passages to stop viruses along with nitric oxide, which is known for its antimicrobial qualities. The nitric oxide makes this a special spray that doesnt just block viruses but actually kills them. Enovid was scientifically tested and proven to kill 99.9% of viruses within 2 minutes. The ingredients of the spray are separated in 2 compartments inside the spray bottle and mixed only when administered to form the nitric oxide.
