(see photos)From my late brother Jeff Hill’s collection. Jeff founded the legendary Knut Koupée Music store in the Uptown neighborhood near Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis in the 1970s. Knut Koupée was the ultimate in cool stores visited by all the major music acts and supporting a thriving live music scene including the Suicide Commandos and the Replacements. They built the original custom guitars for Prince among others. Jeff was also a serious vintage guitar collector.Among Jeff’s collection were several NOS items he acquired on his visits to the Gibson factory in Kalamazoo, Michigan where Gibson and Epiphone guitars were made before their move to Nashville
