Description: Outstanding PORCELIER 3-Bulb Porcelain Ceiling Light Fixture: Art Deco & MCM era, Rewired Here is a 3-bulb porcelain ceiling light fixture in good condition. The light was manufactured by Porcelier sometime between the late 1920's and the early 1950's, the lifetime of the company, and it is appropriate for both art deco and mid-century modern design. It has a cream colored background with floral displays of red, yellow, pink, green, and orange. The radiating ribs between the center and the perimeter give it an art deco appearance. The gold accents between the ribs and around the mounting hole are in excellent condition. There are often losses to the gold accents because the gold lies on top of the glaze rather than under it like the rainbow colors. However, there are no losses on this one. There is a fine hairline starting on the rim that is hard to see and probably cannot be seen when installed on the ceiling. We have removed all of the ceiling paint and dirt from the sides of the fixture. We rewired the fixtures using the original signed porcelain and glass bulb sockets. The sale includes the correct mounting hardware (antique brass mounting nut, threaded nipple, & crossbar). If you would prefer a different mounting nut, we also have them in bright brass, statuary brass (dark brown), and nickel. Just ask and we will substitute. The fixture has a diameter of 11" and it is 3-1/4" high (not including mounting nut). All of our lights are guaranteed to be as described and we will accept their return if the buyer is dissatisfied.
