This item does include: The Big box - The front right side is kind of dented in(as this box does not have a sturdy cardboard insert in it, some wrinkling has resulted. Both side panels have some wrinkling in them. Top and bottom panels a a little mashed. All corners front and back have light to medium wear on them. Back of box - right side is dented in somewhat for the same reason as the front. Back also has a few wrinkles. Box has flaps inside to store jewel case instead of the Cardboard insert. Jewel Case is mint. CD-ROM - is Gorgeous. Front art of Jewel Case is also the instructions - mint. Please see all photos they are part of the description and show all that is included.
