These hoses are new, with no sign of being opened, or taken out of the packaging, or being used. The packaging is damaged and not quite suitable for retail display. We are a clearance house for goods that are damaged to the packaging or returned from consumers, so the manufacturer/vendor do not allow us to mention their name/trademarks. The product in this listing is as described in this section, and in the pictures. We do not substitute the listed merchandise unbranded merchandise or knock-offs. 25 feet in expanded length - when it is not under pressure, it's about half that. If you want to know how we determine if the hose isn't used, well if the package is dinged up but not opened, it can not be taken out and therefore not used. In case the packaging is partially open and needs to be taped back, the way it was packed indicated that the hose has never been take out. We experienced this first hand. We have a bunch of these hoses that were taken out of the package, or partially hanging out, and none of us could stuff them back in their original packaging. We had to sell them as customer return or out-of-box in a different listing. According to the manufacturer, these hoses are lightweight, non-kinking, storing easily and safe for drinking water. The bonus nozzle is included in the packaging, however if they happen to get lost due to the damaged packaging, please let us know.
