Thousands of hand placed sequins covering the entire gown, resembles moving water when the sequins catch the light-- ocean waves or a rushing sparkling river. With a pale lavender purple, pink and silver geometric design along the bottom hem. Scalloped bottom hem. Original interior label, "Made in France".
