The pattern displays detailed flowers along the handle. The bowl has whimsical flowers and leaves that match the handle well. The front of the handle is monogrammed MLF in a flowing script, and the back is inscribed 1899. The reverse is marked sterling along with the maker's mark for Dominick & Haff and the patent date. There is also a mark for the retailer. This piece is in excellent overall condition. The pattern decorations are crisp. There are no breaks and no repairs.
