This will not effect the function of the steering wheel. You will only receive what you see in the photos. You will need your own Allen Key in order to torque down the security screw. When receiving the steering wheel, please make sure you torque the security screw before playing so that the steering wheel pins do not break or bend. Item was tested and works great.
