The purse was only used a few times and is in excellent condition. The handles measure 8" high (from center of handle to bag). There is a magnetic snap closure and what looks like a ruffle at the top of the purse has elastic to stretch. It has 2 open outer pouches on the sides of the outside. There are two open pouches on the inside and a zippered pocket. The purse measures 10" high, 13.5" wide and 3" deep. Many of the items I have listed were not previously owned by me; therefore, I do not know the history of these items. I do try to inspect everything and point out any damage, stains, etc. Because they were not my items, I do suggest that you view all of the pictures (as they are part of the description) in case there is something I may have missed.
