Description: This handpainted student lamp was made by "Fenton" around the time of the 1940s-1950s. No chips, cracks, or scratches on the glass or it's painted detail. The brass is tarnished and hasn't been polished, just kept original with age, and there are a few stress cracks in the brass base, (shown in the last image). This piece can be replaced with new parts from stores such as Hobby Lobby, or purchased online. The squared base is made of marble and is in excellent condition. The center glass piece is a french opalescent rose bowl. Measuring 10.5" high to top of socket x 18" high to top of chimney x 16.5" high to top of shade x 7" diameter body x 4" square base. An LED lightbulb with classic elements will be provided, the lightbulb is a 2700k warm white light that uses 5.5watts, good and safe for the original cable, that is also in good condition with no damages. Still working and installed is the original switch marked with a Fenton "F" in the center, (Shown in the second to last picture.)
