Description: Here is a lovely little antique Meiji period Japanese Satsuma vase with hand-painted Wistaria vines and other botanical designs.It is further enhanced with a fine tracery of gold over the intricately-painted details.It is signed on the reverse, but I was not able to discover the artist's name.It measures 5- 1/8th inches tall, by 3 inches in diameter at the shoulder. The foot rim measures 1- 3/4 inches in diameter. This vase is in excellent, used antique, condition with no chips, cracks, or other damage, or repairs.
