If you purchase your part in error, WE WILL NOT cover return shipping costs. Returns: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (Excluding Shipping Cost). You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. All errors or issues with the product purchased must be reported within 72 hours of receiving it. Any product you return must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Photos of the returned item may be required to insure its condition. Please be advised that YOU MUST UPLOAD THE TRACKING NUMBER to eBay's return request in order to get your money back. You MUST state on the returning document that the item is being returned back to seller for customs clearance purpose. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges, taxes, and/or duties. Warranty: All our catalytic converters come with a 5 year or 50000 miles warranty for the converter body and the end pipes. Our warranty is void if our converters weren't installed by a licensed auto technician. For the Warranty to be honored, you must return the part with proof of purchase and must provide reports of the failure from a licensed auto mechanic. Please note: Labor and shop expenses are not covered by the warranty.
