If I had 36"- 38" hips, this would have been a keeper! The rest of the dress was marvelous. With that said, It's time to give it to someone else. It has a knee-length hemline, although on me since I am 5' 2", it falls below my knees. This is a painted look, making it perfect for a tea party or water color themed event. The dress is timeless and refined, with a cheerful and playful vibe that will make you stand out from the crowd. This dress is perfect for travel, weddings, parties, and cocktails. I'm praying it'll find the perfect home! The only defect on this dress is a spot of loose stitching on the right side of the waist. I attempted to resew the hole, but it does still show a little bit. I hope that's no issue for you. You can always take it to a professional seamstress to perfect!
