It is a good imitation of common stone nymphs found in almost every river in the U.S. and beyond. Great general attractor or searching pattern as well. The shape of the abdomen, thorax and preformed legs give this fly a perfect silhouette. Very realistic. The legs and antenna are all made from silicone so they are flexible and will not break. There are 10 wraps of 0.035" lead wire in the thorax giving this fly a little more weight to get down in the rocks where the naturals are!
