How to change the handle from left to right? Remove the spool from the frame by removing the spool lock nut. With the inside of the frame facing up,remove the hub/clutch bearing cover and hub end cap(take care not the tip the reel over to avoid losing the clicker assembly). Slide the hex shaped clutch bearing off the shaft and flip the bearing to reverse the retrieve direction. Re-assemble the hub/clutch bearing cover,hub end cap,and spool,(ensure that the tabs on the underside of the hub end cap screw align with the slot in the end of the main shaft,and that it is securely tightened.)
