Description: This is a real steel factory super duty hood scoop. They have a unique history. These scoops were originally made by Ford and were mounted on F850, F1000. During the development of the Pontiac Super Duty program in the early 60's, the Pontiac engineers needed a hood scoop for their factory production race cars. Pontiac bought these scoops directly from Ford and used them on the Super Duty cars. This hood is a perct match for you gasser. This scoop is in original condition as shown. The main steel scoop has a very small dent in the rolled top edge. The vent is straight with no visible cracks. Please check out the pictures and use your own judgement. Thanks
