Minor oil leak in the shock is usually not considered a warranty issue. Returns We will not give a refund on any parts that have not been pre-approved. We require that you contact us by email or through eBay return process (if it is a whole order that needs to be returned) for a RA# number & instructions prior to returning any parts. RA must be requested up to 30 days after the item is delivered. Any RA requested after the 30 day cutoff will be declined. Item cannot be installed or attempted to be installed, and must be returned in perfect sellable condition in order to receive the full credit. Item must be received by us up to 30 days after the RMA is requested. Incorrect/damaged merchandise MUST be reported 3 days after receiving the item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the returned item.
