The dress Scarlett is wearing is from the scene in the Kennedy's store when she and Frank are considering hiring convicts to work at the lumber mill. Scarlett is wearing a gorgeous outfit. Her outfit includes earrings, shoes, under pants and panty hose. Her hair is in an updo, and she has bangs.Also included: Scarlett's logbook or accounting book, doll stand and the Collector's Portfolio.
