Description: This baby has bells and whistles! Degué's glass tends to embody some of the finest designs of the period -- especially for those who like bold, geometrically vivid floral motifs! And for good reason: the Degué company hired Cazaux, the already-famous ceramics designer, to design a bold and powerful line of geometric glass for them after 1928. The metalwork is nothing but top drawer, and it's been entirely disassembled, replated in my signature brushed nickel and then patinated by our expert restorer (c'est moi) to avoid that "born yesterday" look we see from time to time, from those who haven't been propelled to achieve our level of EXCELLENCE. Note the resulting way the decorative leaves announce their beauty and presence, and as for that cluster of berries on the canopy, how much better does it get? (Answer: no better). Rewired and fitted with American candelabra sockets, each capable of hosting a 60-watt bulb, for a total of at least 240 watts of light. Measurements: about 26 x 26 x 33 inches
