WE CANNOT SEE WHERE IT CAN!I MEAN....... MAYBEY LITTLE TINY MOVEMENTS BUT NOW YOUR TALKING ABOUT A LOT OF WEAR AND TEAR ON THE STARTER MOTOR AND LIFE OF YOUR BATTERY WITH ALL THE EXTRA UNESSASARY CRANKING TO GET IT TO FIRE UP! 2. EVEN THE BRASS BREATHER VENT DOES NOT ALLOW THE ACTUAL AIR NEEDED TO PASS BACK AND FORTH THROUGH IT. THAT ALONE IS WHAT ALLOWS THE DIAPHRAME TO FLUCTUATEIN ORDER TO PUMP THE FUEL TO THE CARBURETOR!!3. THE VALVES IN THIERS IS MADE OF PLASTIC AND NOT RUBBER! HOW IS THIN PLASTIC SUPOSSED TO SEAL UP AGAINST PLASTIC? IT WONT! THIS WILL CAUSE THE FUEL (AFTER YOU JUST SHUT THE ENGINE OFF) TO SEEP BACK TO THE FUEL TANK. SPECIALLY IF THE FUEL TANK IS LOCATED AT A LOWER LEVEL UNDER THAT OF THE ENGINE LIKE UNDER THE SEAT OF A TRACTOR. THUS EVERY TIME YOU SHUT YOUR ENGINE DOWN, YOU WILL HAVE TO ALMOST CHOKE THE HECK OUT OF THE ENGINE TO GET IT TO FIRE BACK UP!THAT IN ITSELF IS GOING TO COST YOU MORE MONEY LATER!!!STARTING TO ALL MAKESENSE AS TO WHY THEY ARE ALL MADE WRONG!!THEY MUST BE MADE THIS WAY ON PURPOSE! IF YOU STILL CAN'T, THEN YOU KNOW THAT THERE IS SOMETHING PLUGGED IN THE NEEDLE SEAT AREA THAT IS INSIDE OF THE CARBURETOR. SOMETHING IS STOPPING THAT FLOW. REMOVE THE CARBURETOR AND TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL TO HAVE IT SERVICED. IF YOU ARE A CERTIFIED MECHANIC THEN TAKE THE CARBURETOR APART YOURSELF AND REMOVE THE FLOAT BOWL AND NEEDLE FROM THE NEEDLE SEAT. NOW ATTACH AN AIR HOSE TO THE NEEDLE SEAT WHERE YOU PULLED THE NEEDLE OUT OF AND BLOW BACK THROUGH IT WITH AN AIR HOSE. IT SHOULD HAVE NOW BLOWN OUT WHATEVER IT WAS THAT PLUGGED IT UP.
