Description: This is a hard to find original main bearing cap for a Galloway hit and miss gas engine. It is part number AB77 and is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind. It mounts onto the studs with two holes 3 inches apart on center. The threads for the grease cup is in great shape. The babbitt bearing is also in great shape but needs a bit of fitting as one end is bulged up a bit. This should be easy enough to trim with a bearing scraper or even a knife. These original parts are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets. If you've been looking for one to complete a restoration or to replace your broken or repaired one here's your chance.
