Cosmetic Condition The griddle is in fair cosmetic condition: - It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. - It is missing one of its control panels.- There may have been other parts removed that we are not able to identify readily.Please see the photos for more detail.Includes a set of extra side troughs and the trays they rest on.No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. Testing We tested the griddle by connecting a 208VAC three-phase line to its input terminal blocks.When switched on from the lower front rocker switch, the griddle powers up properly.The touchscreen display turned on, booted, and entering the main menu.However, shortly after reaching the menu, it then begins to repeatedly display an alarm, locking the controls and requesting service.The error indicates Alarm event 2 has been raised, which the service manual suggests is a motor-overcurrent protection for the actuator motor, power supply, and SIB board.We are not familiar enough with this griddle to diagnose further.Also of note, when inspecting inside, we found one of the gas lines disconnected. It is missing a segment of pipe. One of the listing photos shows the missing segment.This is the full extent of the testing performed. Due to its condition, the griddle is being sold as-is for parts or repair only. We can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described.
