Description: Here is a Really Hard to Find..... WORKING Gemmy Doctor Shivers Mad Scientist Prop. He is Ready to move to a New Laboratory or Home to Haunt. All of his features and functions are working. His eyes light up when they should and move, his head turns side to side, his mouth moves very well and his jar has been cleaned up and refilled and it lights up as it should also. His gloves are good, his lab coat is clean and he has his goggles too... they only things to note about him are that there are slight black smudges on his right ear and a bit at the end of his nose. Zoom in on the pictures of those areas. I also attached a video of him saying the phrase that has the jar lighting up with it. The jar does not light up with every phrase nor is it on constantly. The other small flaw doesn't show...or affect his functions... it is that the plastic at the base of his head as gotten brittle with age and there are cracks at the areas by the screws. We did put in a screw that is a little larger in one of the holes as that one was missing. Local Pick Up Only. I am in the Los Angeles Area. In Pasadena California. I DO NOT want to Ship Him. It is Cost Prohibitive by pretty much every carrier. They way they handle packages now is just horrid. I'd have little faith that he would be delivered in the same condition as I handed him to them. I can't really be talked out of that.....All of the RISK with shipping is on me. If he is damaged in transit....it would be a financial nightmare just in the shipping cost losses and then...there would be tremendous horror of dealing with an insurance claim that they will very likely....not pay. He is listed for sale on local sites also.
