The collection consists of 1000s of car magazines from the 1950-1970s; individual issues, hardbound sets by year and magazine title, and car show programs.His son stated that these are the issues that George Barris kept for his own private collection. He also told me that most of George's magazines were provided by the magazine publishers. I have found only a few magazines in the collection with the George Barris mailing label. The 8 listed here are the last ones with a George Barris' mailing label. I have one "Barris Kustom Industries Certificate of Authenticity", signed and dated by George's son, stating I purchased "the original George Barris vintage magazine collection from his son".
