Gesco Studio Vintage Floral Oil Painting Framed Original Sticker and Signature

Description: [ UPDATE Disclosure on the Frame; price reduced to $ 27.00. I found a place on the frame that escaped my eyes until today. Because I could not see it by looking straight at the painting. When I tilted the painting practically upside down is when it caught my eye. The issue is that a sliver of wood has chipped off on the area that is beneath the frame edge that is close to the painting. Please see newly added photos sowing this newly found imperfection. This painting has great color. Brush strokes can be seen. Approx size framed measures at 10x9, but I believe that is due to the frame. It is more like a typical 10x8, or off size of 11x9. Set in a traditional frame and painted a soft cream color. Details of a carved design can be seen on the inner part of the frame, painted a light periwinkle blue that accentuates the Art Deco look of the design. The edge of the frame has a simple raised detail that softens the otherwise straight sharp lines. The frame has a slight distressed finish overall. The signature of the artist is located in the lower right corner. Adding to the charm of this painting is a sign of Normal wear for the age of painting, which includes some places that have scuff marks . ( Please see Photos) Oil paintings should not be covered; rarely, if ever, will you find an oil painting that is. That being said, this painting is unprotected and, therefore, susceptible to scuffs and scratches. Please look over photos carefully before making a purchase.
