This note is very heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has many smudges, many dark and dirty areas, many grease stains, areas of discoloration); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed (upper right corner area torn away) - edges rough in areas); many edge indents/nicks (in addition to the torn away corner, other smaller tears exist); heavy surface wear and fraying (many areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see.
