Description: GI Joe Action Figure Toxo-Viper (Cobra Hostile Environment Trooper), version 1, from series seven, 1988. He's 100% complete including his Helmet, Pistol, Backpack and Air Hose. Also includes a Figure Stand. His right shoulder is a bit loose, all other joints are tight, o-ring is firm, screws are clean and no cracks. The backpack peg is a little warped which is common for this accessory, but holds in place on his back.
